In chapter 4, author tried to clarify the notions between ML and MCs actions and reactions between one another which does make sense in a way... their romance however gave me more headaches instead of butterflies.

Reminds me of an ex-friends' ex-girlfriend... I was their unfortunate outlet and in-between. They rekindled their romance after but dude got jealous of me because she's been telling me everything even though he literally did the same thing thus becoming an ex-friend.
They broke up in the end though due to severe lack of communication (rinse-and-repeat-situation), and for some reason I was happy about it.
Anyway, read the raws before somewhere, this is gonna be a bit of an angsty ride for the first-half of the series.

I don't think people remember that Kim Dan literally almost offed himself two chapters ago. Drunk or not, an attempt is a sign, not an accident. Dunno if he gives a shit about self respect or whatever atp, what he cares about is that JK leaves him alone, and since JK keeps yapping that having sex with someone is his "jinx" to be able to fight properly, and this time says that he needs it to recover. After that "they'll go their separate ways". Feels more like he just wants to bang and dash situation.
There's nothing to forgive if no one asks for forgiveness, what he's doing is purely transactional "Just get it over with" situation.
And now I see some of ya'll treat him like a slut.
Yeah I took it as a “this is the only way you’ll leave me alone move”. People acting like he forgave JK when he really just wants him to go away as soon as possible.
Right? Like read it when it was released. Hours later, saw people calling Kim Dan out on various platforms, was confused, re-read. At the end of it all, I was like "How the hell did ya'll come up with that conclusion?" (￣∇￣")
