Ngl I feel like every manga has it's own version of how female alphas work. I've seen stories where they don't have vaginas and versions where they have both genitals. I've seen versions where alphas in general can't get pregnant, and version where they can. I feel like female alphas usually are not discussed cause they make the whole "discovering your 2nd sex test" illogical. Cause if you have an alpha daughter you should be able to tell at birth that she's an alpha based on her genitals. I guess it's left ambiguous on purpose.
