Before Henry died he very much loved Viktor as shown with the heart but he started to realise that Viktors infatuation with him had to substance. He was only interested in his looks and his abilities in bed. The head which I think is supposed to be Henrys common sense decided to go have other partners sexually because he wanted to understand why he loved Viktor so much even though he knew it was only physical attraction. His heart realised it wasn't working but his brain was trying to get him to think about how batshit insane Viktor is.
So I think if Henry gets reconstructed his heart will realise that what Viktor loves about him was never who he truly was as a person without his looks and he'll stop loving him.
