He has shown aggressive tendencies when sleeping and doesn't recall anything upon waking up. Also his past it's still a mystery

Its less that its something the ML said, but more so what we see the MC do. From a writing perspective we follow the MCs thoughts. He is portrayed as innocent and weak,deliberately in contrast to the ML who the authority wants us to judge and question. The ML is written to be shady but moment the MC isnt conscious he somehow has a knife and almost stabbed someone. That was more of a red flag than anything the ML did. Thats a classic misdirection.
Something feels weird about the ML cause why did MC had a knife in his hands when he was supposed to be sleeping ? and in the last chapter the MC didn't know if it was a "dream" or not and if its true that means he was forced and it seems like he has memory issues cause of what happened in the first chapter and the ML is using this to do shady stuff to make him believe that he is the crazy one,( i really enjoy this BL i love how we all have differents theories ε=ε=(ノ≧∇≦)ノ )

I remember in first chapters the ML and his "brother" were kissing in high school and uke saw it... im sure that "brother "forced him he might have done crazy stuff to him.
Or he start to like seme as they entered teenage and didn't like uke interfere in them even that brother is shorter than seme so seme grow taller than him that's how uke witnessed them
well i think the crazy brother knew they had a thing between them and kissed him purposefully to break them apart he deaf new he was standing there, since he knew the mc was the only personnel his brother had as his own and cared for ,well since their mother was just practically forcing a fantasy on him and denning what was happening in reality

Oh that means the crazy brother became obsessed with the ML ruined every relation ship that the ML had with others, i feel like that brother killed himself in front of the ML and that moment gave him huge trauma
obsseion to ruin his,hell rip off everything dear to the ml, he's a psyco ...idk about him killing his self thats a probability but giving his character and motives idk if thats what happened ...if anything he knew if he died ml would relieved of him
