I dont understand, she will live forever? Will she become a vampire?
And she kinda ends up with all of them right…

I understood that she wouldn't become a "vampire". First reason is bc they aren't vampires, more like, artificial human. Second is that they don't transform people into becoming like them, but more like their bodily liquids/dna affect humans into becoming inhuman, in terms of immortality, so she would only live forever and not age anymore, while retaining her normal eating habits (not needing to eat blood roses or crystals).
Also, she kinds of does end up with all of them? Emotionally speaking, only with Levi, but prob will get with the other two sexually, since seeing Friedrich's comment about how if all of them made love to her at the same time it would fasten up the process of her becoming immortal and Levi kind of hesitating rejecting him.

Who is the ML? The Boys in the Cover…???

Male lead is the boy in cover, but he is not a young boy.
He was a 20 something years old boy that got cursed to turn his body into a 4 years old child.
But his mind is still that of adult.
The girl transmigrated into this novel world is what this story supposed to be, but after recent chapters, I suspect that she was originally someone from this world.
So how will they feed themselves now…and when she becomes a vampire??? I dont understand a thing…
The last chapter showed how though: Gilbert can eat Rosé's roses, since they contain her blood, when he tells it to Levi he discover that he can also eat them, but Friedrich can't (prob bc of trauma/don't want to drink Rosé's blood ever again), so he eats Stella's bodily fluids/parts like her hair, that Levi first crystalize before giving her to Friedrich.
