I've been reading omegaverse for a long time but keep asking myself this one question.
"Can 1 alpha who already mate an omega can still mate with another omega?"
Also for the whole omega top and bottom alpha thing. I'm guessing azusa is a dominant omega and kaede is a recessive alpha? It's not my cup of tea but it is interesting.
First of. Azusa "forced" kaede to mate with him using his pheromones. As you can see Kaede snapped in the middle of it and regretted what he had done. Kaede didn't want azusa to become like his mother who is an omega that was abandoned by his alpha father. It was "guilt" that made kaede stay with azusa. After that azusa "wanted" to break the bond, which I feel like it's his plan? Idk how to explain it but that part was quite sus but if he really meant it then i'll feel bad. Truth to be told azusa is VERY manipulative and scary i think he needs to work on that I'd like to see a character development. I know many people are hating on Kaede in the comments but seriously. The man didn't do a damn wrong thing, he is more as the victim. He was forced to bond with someone he doesn't love romantically, he is tied by guilt, he was just controlled by his alpha insticts. The thing about the other omega and kaede tbh did piss me off BUT i can't blame kaede "oh he already mate with an omega how dare he let his alpha isntict control him" One answer is enough. Kaedes "love" towards azusa is small that his alpha insticts took over him. But I was waiting for kaede to actually snap and bite his hand instead as proof that it's a sign that kaede is starting to like azusa now but author didn't do that way so it was pretty toxic tbh.
If y'all ask me what I would do for this as an ending well...
After the incident nothing happened between kaede and the other omega and both were hospitalized. Azusa rush to visit kaede but kaede didn't want to look at him and ignored him while sitting up in a hospital bed. Azusa tells kaede all of his feelings and walks out. Azusa then disappeared without a trace. Kaede will eventually move on from time and find someone he actually "loves" and mated with him/her. Azusa on the other hand keeps suffering from his heat and a beta bottom will come to his life and change him. The end.
Kind of trashy end but it started toxic so..wadya expect?
okay I didn't read the whole txt to behest but just to answer your first question: YES. While omegas can only have one mate in their lifetime (means if that bond is broken for whatever reason they fall into despair and are like a used toy that is like not reusable (sounds harsh yes), alphas can have several mates in their lifetime and even multiple at once.

So kaede and azusa DOES end up together I don't know much since I can't read the raws but it shows azusa "controlling" kaede which is really sad, it's like kaede doesn't have any freedom even tho he's the alpha. But I hope that azusa will have character developments soon and maybe after that kaede will fall for him truthfully.
For the other omega guy, he ends up with the older brother from his neighbourhood who well...raped him before when he realized he was an omega. But they have much more romance in there relationship and it's not toxic like the main couples. But in my opinion I hate how the author thinks that bonding is not a big thing (unless he/she is meant it) cuz while the other omega and the alpha were having sex the alpha was the one who took off the omegas collar to bond with him. I just hope that the omega WAS the one who took off his own collar since it is a commitment. But yeah.

From what I read from the raws, after Taesung's enemies asked Dong-hyun about Kwon Suyeong's wherebouts. They ordered Dong-hyun to deliver a coffee to Kwon Suyeong that has a poison in it (not sure since I cant read korean) and Kwon Suyeong who had no clue accepted it and smiled brightly towards him. Dong-hyun felt conscience after seeing Kwon Suyeong smile so he pushed Suyeong to make the coffee drop. They talked and argue Suyeong finding out he was being hunt, after Suyeong push Dong-hyun to a wall Dong-hyun run and escaped. As Dong-hyun was running Taesung's enemies found out that he didn't obey what they asked. Kwon Suyeong chased after Dong-hyun a little late and saw Taesung's enemies beat Dong-hyun until his face was a mess and bloody.
(If y'all are confused here are the names)
Dong-Hyun = The guy who likes Min-hyuk
Kwon Suyeong = The uke
Taesung = Mafia daddy

With that being said, don't send too much hate on Dong-hyun despite him getting jealous of Kwon Suyeong because the guy he likes like him, he still didn't do anything bad at all to the point y'all compare him to other yaoi bitches characters (but I do get how they hate him for now because of this chapter that makes him look pretty bitchy). He even got beaten up to the point he got all bloody for our precious uke. I personally like him and thinks he's precious.
