Many story started toxic like this then turned into a good trope that's why others continuing to read this and many people here are not enjoying seeing someone get rape wtf? I'm still reading same as you cause I like some parts of the story lol. I like the pretty top and handsome bottom trope, I like seeing the arrogant ones put in their place, I like the creepy revealing of ML's revenge and how MC doesn't know it but the readers do. And no I don't like gang rape and do wish this ends in a happy ending but I know it's unlikely.
There's reasons to both like and dislike something and so far it still makes me want to read it, but I'm just saying I won't look forward to the next few chapters, that's all. I've read a lot of dark stuff like Killing Stalking so this is still within my limits even if I don't necessarily like some scenes.

It's kinda interesting how the MC reverts to his original body's personality a bit when drunk and becomes more provocative or seductive. Love the small expression changes in ML hinting at something dark and him being turned on. That cafe scene with MC provoking ML and ML's eye expression change got me feeling things. Shut his mouth with whatever it takes... I'm just imagining what ML was thinking lol. Would he horrifically intriguing if ML were a regressor.
It's completed in chinese, you can mtl it (I read it in chinese). I saw someone saying this would be better if it's gl? No. It's gender bender due to the whole premise and it's literally in the title (dragon+phoenix).
Most cn manhwa have rapey MLs and annoying mary sue FLs and one dimensional side characters who are just villainous types. But this one is really refreshing and fun to read, with the cool FL and prettyboy feminine ML, not to mention a taller FL. Chinese manhwa will never have taller FLs so this is super rare. The side characters Shengbing and Sha dandan have their own motivation to excel in their career and don't solely serve as romantic foil or plot progression npcs
I've never heard of or read this manhwa's novel, but the premise is similar to the novel I read. Both shous transmigrated into the novel where the ML's admirers start to like him instead and the ML slowly blackens.

It isn't even MTL but AI generated rubbish I think they used some site crawl engine to auto-translate huge chunks of images and some nonsense got mixed in.
