So, this has been licensed by Tokyopop and I want to buy it, but I’m hesitant because it looks like they rendered Yuiji’s name as “Yuji” and that bothers me.
I’ll probably take the plunge since I really like this story, but I am just bothered with the fact that they might have gotten Yuiji’s name wrong.
BTW, volume 1 is scheduled for release May 19

I don’t necessarily mind the “toxic relationship turning into something real“ trope, but reading this latest chapter from Karino’s perspective makes me think that this is not your typical toxic relationship seen in yaoi because I think Karino is a real sociopath. Whereas most other series w/ a$$hole characters don’t delve deeper into their a$$holishness and you just assume it’s due to a bad upbringing or whatever; you can sympathize with those characters. This glimpse into Karino’s mind doesn’t show anything that could make the reader sympathize with him, making him come off as just plain and simply, evil. Maybe he’ll come to care for Azusa (as much as a sociopath can care), but hopefully after all is said and done it ends as a learning experience for them and they walk their separate paths, because as much of an arrogant prick Azusa can(or was) be, he’s not sociopathic or psychopathic. He’s actually human, Karino is just playing a part in order to seem “human”.

It’s up to chapter 9 already. They are churning out the chapters really fast...not sure how far along it’s in the original Korean, though.

I can’t understand a lick of Korean so I can’t really tell what is truly going on, but I think there is a time skip in chapter 97( which is the latest chapter on toonkor)...this series is one I wish was maybe licensed. I appreciate the work of the translation team, but if it was licensed it may get faster releases. Not sure if it’s close to the end, since I can’t understand Korean, but even if it ends at 100 we still have a ways to go before the English releases get there.

Here ya go....

So Hanwool is gonna pretend to be Hangyum, I’ve been wondering, in universe, are both twins supposed to have the same hair color? Reason I am asking is because how can Hanwool pretend to be Hangyum if their hair color is different?

I remember that Hajin mentioned the color being different in a previous chapter when thinking about high school Hangyum. I guess I worded it wrong, I meant, this time around is Hanwool going to go blonder? I doubt Hangyum can so easily change his looks, being as he is a public figure and all?
Has it been stated they’re fraternal and not identical? I know fraternal twins don’t necessarily need to look alike, but from the feeling I get in universe, I think they are supposed to be identical.
I am just wondering what they’re going to do about the hair.

I don’t remember Hanji talking about the hair... hmm. I have to look. As I stated for how they talk they are identical twins. Public figures change their looks at the time. I think maybe you could reread my messages.... and since I have seen up to 30 and you seem to want to know. Hanwool will not dye his hair, he will left it their natural hair color. The poster I am talking about is not that old of a picture. Hangyum had his hair black, then to blonde. Why would Hanwool have to dye his hair away from his natural hair color, even if he was trying to convince Hajin he is Hangyum?
I read through a lot of the comments of people getting their panties up in a bunch over this being “pedophilia” and decided to take a look for myself. For starters, pedophilia is defined as having an attraction to pre-pubescent children, so no matter how you slice it, this is definitely not that. Secondly, it may be considered ephebophilia, which is defined by being attracted to teens ages 15-19, but even then it’s probably not right either because in general Eisuke-san is NOT attracted to teens, he just happened to fall for this particular one. Thirdly, people are talking about power imbalance. What power imbalance? If anything, the younger one has more to offer to the older one. In short, the only thing Eisuke has to offer is a safe space for Kai and Kai was the one that reached out first. Same thing for the grooming comments. Eisuke told Kai not to come anymore and he didn’t go look for him. In the end of the chapter the one who came was Kai. As for Kai still being a high school student, it might be a little unnerving to see someone wearing a school uniform and think of them as adults even if they are technically and legally adults, still doesn’t change that fact. 18 years olds in high school can and do date older people. Kai made his decision to pursue Eisuke, not the other way around. And lastly, on the topic of him being young and not having much life experience, people’s brains don’t truly mature until 25, but I don’t think anywhere in the world does the government wait until that age to allow people to be “grown” up. People are legally allowed to marry, vote and go to war regardless of their maturity level. As he gets older he might realize that maybe that relationship wasn’t the best idea, or he might cherish those days but moves on, but he’s technically an adult that decided to love this man 12 years his senior. Realistically most relationships with huge age gaps where one party is very young don’t last, but there are some that do and are happy.
Really good and easy explanation
Hope people who want to become “Hero” and trying really hard to prevent pedophile can read this and understand your explanation (●'◡'●)ノ
