I don’t know how to make spoilers here but what I read about the novel is this:


















Harsen and Ecerlla got divorced because she needed to be single in order to take the tittle of her family, thing is her brother dies while she is away with Vicente trying to find a cure for her heart disease; she didn’t die of poisoning or something but had a really rare disease and so she travels to find a cure but when she came back Carson, her brother, had died and in his will he left her the title.
As they divorce so she can protect her family name and house, she discovers secrets that Harsen had kept from her. He has planned a revolution against the empire with some other nobles but they failed.
One thing we must remember is the fact that Ercella’s mother was a princess from another kingdom, so she went to live there in the end with Harsen after he betrays the empire.
Her relationship with Vicente is mended before her divorce (as she went in that trip with her son to find a cure) and after the emperor offers a title to Vicente for helping the empire with the rebels, but Vicente declines and goes to the other kingdom to be with his parents.
Ercella got pregnant again at the age of 37 (or so) and Vicente is 19 at the end of the novel.

I’m sorry if I didn’t explain something very well but that’s the spoilers I read.

thank's I think the cause of him going against the king is because of the pressure he gives him.

I’m not really sure the reason why he does that, but he’s been plotting in since he married Ercella, hence the discussion she heard about her sister’s miscarriage.

I’m sorry, I don’t have the novel, i wish I had it but I haven’t find any translation. I just read spoilers of the novel so that how I know.

With Harsen, they went together to Ercella’s mother country where Ercella has the status of royalty and there they had their second child.
