From what I know, apparently it was initially released as short doujinshi. Physically, 6 doujinshi have been released so far whereas the digital version only has 4, hence "4 volumes on mang aka update". Then later on, they were repackaged into actual manga volume 1 (containing doujinshi 1-3) and volume 2 (4-6). Doujinshi 6 (the most recent) was released after volume 2 because Watanabe sensei wanted to redraw the panels.

Yeah i checked the artists twitter and as far as i can understand the last chapter available is the last from volume 2 which is the sixth one, the artist is doing all the work alone so i think it will be a while before the next chapter is out, sadly :(
For those of you who actually think there is a way for them both to be in a healthy relationship with each other, you're delussional, starting because sangwoo has never felt anything about bum and bum has always been obsesed, and an obsesive mind is always clouded, but right now i just want bum to stop suffering, he's been trough enough shit already i just want peace for him and that he stays as far away as he can from sangwoo.

I would actually think it would be a good development if haruki died, i mean hikaru is such an obsessed piece of shit that i imagine him being destroyed if haruki were to die,and he deserves to be destroyed, even if haruki didn't do anything wrong and deserves a better life away from that fucking family and stupid senpai (i will never forgive him for blaming haruki). Regardless of whatever happened he actually had feelings for yuka and to see him suffer because now he has to stick to a relationship out of responsability and not feelings...i hope in the second volume it develops sort of like Romantic joutou or the second pair of Kashikomarimashta destiny, that even if they're not fated pairs they end up loving each other, because as in KD they stated a fated pair is just what genetic tells the body is good so as to keep procreating....meanwhile i do love a bit of angst :D
