I knew something was off... So I read this series on both Mangago and also on Tapas (because Tapas is also uncensored and faster but I like the discussions on Mangago) and I noticed that the sex scene in Tapas Ch.73 seemed longer. Turns out the screenshot on Mangago had a few panels which didn't load properly in the middle.
Mangago sort of cuts off parts of the sex scene in two places, first is after Felix says Gio is going too fast, and second is right before they kiss.
So lesson of the day kids, if you want the full glorious experience, support the author on Tapas

Does anyone understand what happened in the last chapter though? What sort of arrangement did Sei make with Kanao's brother? And like how did he even contact Kaoru in the first place? Was he just like, "Hey, so you traumatized your brother when he was a kid and now he's letting some pervert watch us have sex every day. Go seduce him and get him off our backs"?
And how did he find out that Kanao was letting Konno watch them in the first place?
My guess is that the first clue came when Kanao & Konno were talking normally in the café the day after they had really loud sex, like Konno wasn't even fazed or neither of them were embarrassed.
The second clue probably came after Sei rescued Kanao from Konno's apartment and he asked him how the cameras got set up in the first place, Kanao switching the topic probably set off a red flag in his head.
