I don't think the ML is that bad, I mean he was a kid and everyone saw him kissing Rui and calling him gross for it. I can't blame him for going "Nuh uhhh I was just messing with him!" He was scared of getting bullied for it. But dating any girl who was interested in Rui just to keep him from dating anyone is messed up and he admitted as such.
But also I just think the manga was mostly tell and not show so we didn't really get to see much of ML being a jerk before turning into a doting boyfriend. Like I don't think I saw enough of this man to label him as trash loll like is he trash? Maybe! But there's like barely any characterization. And same to Rui, he just automatically in love after like a day. ML literally didn't have to try at all this story is so lacking

Okay honestly, they're all stupid. Adeline for not questioning her memories too hard when she has visions of clearly being happy with Third Prince. I'm guessing he wasn't in love with First Prince's mate and just was friendly with her since he mentions her doing his hair or watever. Adeline was his mate from the beginning, but he was congratulating her on her wedding. He prolly was not marrying her to avoid drama with First Prince, And First Prince prolly forced the marriage to mess with him. Prolly jelly his mate liked his brother more. Idk if First Prince wiped Adeline's memories before that or if that was the second time Adeline was reincarnated cuz idk why she can't remember being happy with the Third Prince.
Third Prince is stupid for like not saying "yo I got a girl I like, I don't like First Prince's mate." But since the King favors First Prince, he prolly wouldn't listen to him. But again, he coulda just been like "see this is the girl I like!!!" And brought Adeline?? Even if he wanted Adeline to marry someone else? NO, DAD, MY WAIFU IS REAL! I SWEAR.
And now present day Adeline knows Third Prince didn't kill her and says it's murder. Third Prince ALSO thinks it's murder. And Cressido doesn't??? Isn't he Third Prince's knight? BRO TELL HIM THAT.
Idk wat the heck up with Levi. I'm wondering if he's just the Third Prince. But ofc girly pop Adele doesn't wanna think too much about it.
Like honestly it not hard to figure out who the culprit is in all of this, especially if Third Prince knows it's the First Prince. JUST TELL PPL DAMMIT. GATHER ALLIES SO THEY CAN GET EVIDENCE. KING MAN SHOULD JUST ASK ADELE WHAT HAPPENED AND SHE CAN BE LIKE "I got murdered, yo." LIKE bruhhhh I am intrigued by this series but they just don't communicate, if everyone got together and got their stories straight, they'd be FINE.
AGAIN ESP THIRD PRINCE. Bro just watching it all happen like "I'll gather evidence on the side and THEN DADDY WILL LISTEN TO ME!" Dude take ur girl and run. smh.

I was kinda hoping Seyoung would meet with Hyejin irl after getting the courage from Heejae and meeting the rest of the clan irl. I also kinda hoped there would be a conflict with Heejae's original plan of dumping Seyoung, like he doesn't mean to do it but makes Seyoung think that's what happened after he opens up. And then Seyoung just devastated for a while like "see? ppl always get sick of me" while Heejae tries to clear up the misunderstanding. I did like Heejae's switch from yandere to puppy seme though, the yandere part of him didn't last TOO long after Heejae realized his feelings so I appreciate that at least.

Sometimes I read a regression story and the MC is all "with the knowledge of future events, I can change my fate! Muahahha!" And they're so super badass at turning on the charm and getting powerful people on their side. And I'm always like damn, if that was me, I'd be way too dumb to be able to even make a difference. This story is basically like that, if an average person went back in time and was still pretty much powerless.
Nokyoung didn't really do much to change his fate, which I appreciate in a way. He only made changes for things he COULD do, ie break ties with Hyunjae, choose to star in The Runaway after knowing it does well, not try to seduce Junil in the beginning. And I guess that alone was enough for it all to fall into place, cuz FATE. And I can't hate that Junil did everything TOO much since connections really are everything, especially in showbiz.
But bro, did Nokyoung really have to go "I have to find a way to help Kyunghan!" and then do nothing. And two chapters later AGAIN go "I have to find a way to help Kyunghan!" And in the end, it was still basically Junil. I mean he helped talk Kyunghan out of suicide, but like bro, PLEASE.

Honestly, this whole thing just read like a slice of life, not a whole lotta plot goin on there. And other comments said this, but maybe the novel was more fleshed out, cuz I do not understand how Joon and Daiki fell in love at all but okay.
Also the characterization was all over the place and it was def not helped by the same face. Like Taichi was established as some kinda antagonistic role? That would "steal" whoever or whatever belonged to Daiki? So he hits on Joon when they first meet. But after, it shows he genuinely cares and wanted to protect Daiki and his late wife? And even Joon and Toma? And he ends up being super "I LOVE YOU BIG BROOO" to Daiki like I legit thought they were actual brothers and was so confused when it turned out they wer cousins.
Similarly, Joon was simple, but sweet at the beginning. And I was thinking how it was cute that he could also rely on Sho. But then season two assassinated his character and he's always yellin at Sho like whattttt.
And when the hell was Sho even dating the lawyer? Season 1 showed somethin goin on between them with lawyer saying Sho needed to stay away and then season 2 hits us with the "they're dating." Okayyy. Again, maybe the novel is better, idk.
I honestly wanted to drop it but eh the slice of life with these silly yakuza men takin care of a child was cute enough so I got through it all.

Lmao this was so silly I loved it. But was that a wedding shot at the end?? I've been robbed I wanted to see!!! Boss got hotter as the story went on, but MC's older brother is also hella hot. MC gonna have a good future~
The translation was kinda wonky honestly, I think it kinda messed up at the end too with the love confessions which kinda ruined the impact. But that's okay, I realized what the intention was.

I like how Siyeon wonders how you go about requesting a contract kill but was somehow able to become a killer. Guessing he was chosen to be one from the beginning based on some of the stuff Taekyung said.
I'm very confused over a lot of it, but the story wasn't meant to be serious so I had fun reading.

There are a few odd moments, but overall I liked the story.
But Jekwon's like next level stupid.
He goes into a rut and instead of just TELLING Yian that and saying "that's why you can't come near me right now," he just does a generic "stay back and leave." I mean maybe it's embarrassing to explain that to someone who isn't close to you? But Yian's his sex partner by this point, it's probably a good thing to disclose actually. And cuz he didn't actually SAY anything, Yian in his lovestruck worry decides to check up on him anyway and gets involved. And then of course, when he gets into a rut AGAIN when they are MARRIED, he still hides it and lies about his whereabouts? BRO JUST TELL HIM! DAMN! He just creates misunderstandings because he doesn't talk.
He also does this with Yian's confession. When he first hears it, he thinks that he should end their sexual relationship cuz sure, the feelings would change everything. But Yian forgot, so he's like nvm. And that's like whatever I guess. But the manz still goes all "Wow he acting so normal does he even like me? Doesn't seem like does." And gets upset when he thinks Yian might not like him. Or he continues to treat Yian really well and worries over him. And he doesn't realize his feelings this whole time?? Like sure, you can be nice and not have feelings but actively getting jealous over the thought of him being with another man after Yian becomes an omega? But fine, okay, you can handwave this part away.
HOWEVER. When Yian rejects his marriage proposal, CLEARLY STATING it's because Jekwon doesn't even like him, manz just goes "do you not like me anymore??" AGAIN. Then goes like "if you like me, why won't you marry me." HE ALREADY TOLD YOU WHY HE WON'T MARRY YOU. And then Jekwon OBVIOUSLY has feelings for him but just can't notice it. I don't get that part, Jekwon had a lover before. And he was upset over the lover cheating. I'd assume he would know when he likes someone, even if he has never liked them to the degree he likes Yian. Like I'm sorry, I feel like the author just had Jekwon not realize his feelings to drag out the misunderstanding and drama.
Also the miscarriage part. Even though Yian wasn't pregnant so never had a miscarriage, I didn't like that Jekwon decided to hide the miscarriage from Yian to avoid making him upset. Like even if Yian was pregnant and had a miscarriage, he has the right to know. It's literally HIS BODY.
And when Yian said he wanted Jekwon's child, Jekwon decides to hide that the doctor said he would have a hard pregnancy. Decides to just CAUSE PROBLEMS by saying "I never want kids." Like first of all, you should make sure you're on the same page about children before marriage. Second of all, if the reasoning was just because it would be hard on Yian, JUST TELL HIM. Again, it is HIS BODY. He has the right to know whether pregnancy would be hard on him or not. The doctor should have mentioned that fact to Yian as well, even if it makes him sad. Seriously, I feel like Jekwon was the cause of most of the conflicts in this story lolll
Also, I didn't like Yian saying he resents Jekwon for turning him into an omega, but I think he just said that to make Jekwon leave him alone since he was all "hurr hurr why no marry me you like me >:(." Because I mean. Yian is the one who chose to start the relationship with Jekwon. It was consensual.
In conclusion, it's still mostly Jekwon being the cause of most of the conflicts. I feel like author just wanted to drag it out for the sake of the story too.
Side Note: I also did like that Jekwon actually went through ruts because a lot of omegaverse I've read just has the omega suffer through heats while ruts were just not as frequent. So that's a plus.
TL;DR: I liked the story, but Jekwon's a master of miscommunication and the cause of most misunderstandings.
The turning into a bunny bit was kiiiiinda weird and I coulda done without that shot of the um liquid on him.
Also, dude, are u seriously kissing Arashi in the back of the class? You know kisses make sounds right? People are gonna hear. And I'm sure there's people sitting in the same row that can see that out of their peripheral vision lol Shizuka has no shame
