hmm this made me uncomfortable... the way the uke climbed into the seme's bed because he was "cold and couldn't help it" and later assaulted the seme because he "liked him". kinda feels like there's a double standard. if it was the other way around and the seme did that to an uke, people would be screaming rape... the seme was even uncomfortable about everything in the first chapters but eventually gave in cause the uke is very persistent and wasn't really in a good mental state... but i guess they fell in love in the end?

I get what you mean but for me it wasn't the same or as uncomfortable as when the seme forces an uke. Even though the uke was definitely pushy and it wasn't as if the seme couldn't have rejected him versus when the seme forces himself on the uke pretty much the uke couldn't fight against him. This wasn't due to blackmail or whatever again unlike many situations where the seme forces the uke. Of course this is still wrong, never do this in RL. Don't do thing before the person actually wants it. This is totally unnecessary tbh but this BL so they like to add sexual scenes for no or little reason.
The seme in this case I think probably wouldn't move on for years or never if he didn't meet someone like the uke who pushes his boundary a little. He was uncomfortable at the beginning living with the uke but he was treating him special already though letting stay over and stuff. Remember he's not exactly to type to do so. This could have went the other way where both mentally unstable people get together is a no no. lol
yea, i guess im just disappointed with the story haha i've read a ton of yaoi here on mangago and recently i cant trust the ratings anymore, this wasnt exactly a 9 for me
