Bruh I'm getting some sinister ex girlfriend type of vibes from su luxias origins. Like not all of it but just the part where she was a character, also a cannon fodder that also became a top agent and had also fallen in love with some other agent that was doing mission in their world. Although the outcome of the agents are different, like how in sinister ex girlfriend the agent lives while in CMMD the agent dies.
Agent zero is still alive.
He just stuck in the waves of stories. Being bounce here and there, received a role inside those stories and live until he finished his roles before getting thrown into other world again.
He lost his power and perhaps memories as well. He has become like others characters inside stories.
The reason why this happened was because of his mission to save a canon fodder female character named Su Luxia.
Before he was able to finish his mission, there was a warning for maintenance. He tried to stay longer to finish saving Su Luxia. But when the time countdown almost reach the end, he still couldn’t solve the mission of this world where Su Luxia.
If he go back to Main space without completing the mission, Su Luxia who is originally a character inside the story will be left to fulfill her role as cannon fodder whose life will be tormented & sacrificed to make the Female Lead shine for eternity...
Agent Zero who has developed affection towards Su Luxia, at the seconds of countdown decided to stay in the story and somehow get Su Luxia to be transferred to Main Space to save her.
Arriving at Main Space, Su Luxia basically replaced the position of Zero, which somehow made her to gain the knowledge Zero initially had regarding the System(company) and Gods who created the system.
Because System has often lost their agents, they decided to receive Su Luxia as one of the agent to fill the lack of workforce.

From chapter 139, people may think that Su Luxia is cold hearted by saying that Zero is stupid, or about her abandoning low-success missions to make sure she stay alive...
But from my POV, she is hiding her true feeling, emotion, and true goal.
The reason why she try to survive, try to get perfect results which let her gain better rewards, and keep on doing lots missions...
She is searching for something, while preparing herself with things that can help her achieve her goal, and she need to stay safe to be able to go to more different world.
I am betting she is actually looking for Zero. As for what actually is her intention after finding Zero... that I do not know..

Just my analysis & deduction from chapters I read so far...
Plus experience of reading maybe million stories in 18 years of reading. I am 26 years old start reading since elementary school, with capability of reading 20s volumes of manga in 8 hours or less, noted in “volumes” not “chapters”. I read whatever genres there are as long it’s interesting.
However, I cannot guarantee what I deducted is what really gonna happens. It basically just theory I came up with, lol...
