I feel you man. My parents spent thousands on Chinese lessons since I'm monolingual. After all these years all I understand is 你好. I understand more Japanese than Chinese because of all the anime I've watched the past few years... how depressing.
The art is pretty but the dialogues read like a badly written fanfiction.
Not sure whether it is a translation problem or the originals are actually this bad.
I am now at Ch03.

Well I personally think that the plot is hella interesting but you're damn right, the dialogues are so childish, something that a rookie would write yk but if it's disturbing, then I would drop it.

If it weren't for the events in Ch1, I would actually prefer Hanyul with Harold than Weon.

i agree with everything except with the Harold part. Harold would still be toxic af even without doing what he did. He considers Hanyul a possession, nothing more. His empathy is near zero.
