This author unfortunately has the tendency to come up with the most unique storylines and relationship dynamics for her characters, then sacrifices it all for some stupid drawn-out “tension”, not understanding that there’s an expiration date for suspense. After that it just becomes fucking annoying. Reveal his identity already, what fucking sense does it make to further draw this out, now she just seems fucking stupid for not recognising him sooner.
