Was always surprised by folx who thought Guwon had green flag potential. From the very start of the story when he clearly intended to let our guy die *until* he learned he was a teacher, it was clear something was off. The best one could hope for was that he'd be the type to burn the world down except for his love interest.
That being said, I did not expect to read him beat a person to death with a baseball bat while smiling. For trying to save his son's life. I don't know that any Frankenstein story line will work to rescue him from this sink, for me. The community's moral quandary is quite interesting, a great story set up, but the romance of it all...makes me queasy. #－.－) Certainly, for complexity and intrigue this is leagues above Dangerous Convenience Store, which I found to be quite typical and boring. Never understood its popularity.
I wouldn't discount where the story may be going. With his peculiar characteristics there is obviously something in his background that will pivot the story line. As to Dangerous Convenience I think it is well liked because there is nuance in how the characters are built. They are fully fleshed out with their own personalities and motivations. You end up understanding why they make the decisions they do, even if you don't agree with them. There are a lot of works out there that start off well enough but then they fail to fully realize their characters and you end up with rushed endings or with behavior that makes no sense with the progression of the story. This was such a solidly GOOD extra/side story. So many others read as pointless exercises of tired tropes or yet another copy paste repeat of a conflict already exhausted in the main story. This one plausibly pulled from the established personalities of both and their relationship dynamic while offering something new enough to make it genuinely interesting. Translator, you did such a great job too!

I prefer translated sfx but ultimately it's what you prefer of course. I think your release pace with them done has been amazing. This is by far the most updated title I follow here. No complaints.
