I like how practical and realistic the FL is but she’s kind of contradictory in her conversation with the ML. She says she wants to be surrounded by money but doesn’t accept his background. It’s true that he wouldn’t understand her pain but that’s the reason there’s vows in marriage in the first place which is to embrace the differences of each other. I mean they can always talk with each other out, the ML looks open-minded to those things and wouldn’t pressure her in his gifts if she didn’t want to. She’s literally cutting him off without even giving him a chance to prove himself :(( I feel really bad for him but I get where she’s coming from ╥﹏╥
