I thought I noticed before, but wasn't 100% sure, but there are DEFINITELY chapters missing... Where's chapter 18? There's 17, then there is volume 2 chapter 19. Why skip 18? Am I missing something?
I wasn't so worried about it since they're still under what came out in the anime, but once that's done it'll suck :/

I searched for it in their forums, even did an image search on Google (which returned as belonging to Ougon no Ringo, but the main character there just has similar hair, not the same... the other features didn't seem to have anything outstanding enough to know for sure), but I can't seem to find to what it is from. I get this strong vibe that I've already read/watched it before but I can't seem to put my mind on what it is.
Any ideas?

I just finished reading the main chars' wikia entries... No wonder I was so confused when I watched the anime! It was probably the very first time I ever watched a show that had multiple routes...

Yup. Glad to see I didn't disappoint then! :D It's just that a lot of people like Emma Frost and usually that hinges on a hatred of Jean. Whereas I'm the opposite so I can see why that's the case.
Well, if it's the movies' version of both of them... while Ms. Frost was CONSIDERABLY hotter, her part wasn't anything special, she was just "random mutant that looks hot and has an ability that helps her take advantage of people".
I haven't read the comics so I'm not really that knowledgeable on how powerful/awesome she might be, I don't remember her much (if anything at all) from the cartoons.
Yeah I absolutely detest her character but I really felt let down by her character in the movies.
