I'm dropping it. At first this story had political intrigue and we saw Navier handling the empire and how she had to carefully move in the political landscape. Then the story became more soapy opera as time passed. Rashta became even more like a caricature villain while Sovieshu is now portrayed as a poor guy who made a mistake. And now Navier is basically just there ?? Doing nothing? Like if I wanted to read about petty dumb characters being ruined because the protagonist got her revenge I would have stuck with all the shitty formulaic isekais that are around. I think the authors got lazy or cash grabby because they know drama sells
Maybe you should try the novel instead? You get to be in multiple characters heads and know more of what's going on/their motives.

All is his fault. He threw and unstable and idiotic young woman in the middle of court life. At first most of rashta's Eros came from being uneducated, and the she escalated. But all could have been avoided if it wasn't for Sovieshu. She isn't tarnishing the empire's reputation, Sovieshu did by putting her in the position he put her. He is the asshole who deserves to be hanged, no the fool. Because at the end Rashta was n absolute idiot who didn know better and was a fool. But Sovieshu? He knew better. He doesn't even have to excuse of NEEDING to do anything. He was an emperor with the best life he could have, he neglected all his duties and responsibilities. He failed his wife and his nation. Rashta was a slave he picked up and put into the empress position. Of course a slave would have taken the opportunity, she was desperate. The one truly yo blame is Sovieshu. I want guillotine for him

People are either confusing the plot from the book FL read, where the ML was the villain who raped her brother who was the protagonist, with the actual story where she is the protagonist. Or they are either misinterpreting a scene
SPOILERS:
The scene being misinterpreted is the one where the FL is asking Aster to let her go, Aster tries to convince her to stay and kisses her. She pushes him away and tries to escape. Aster then grabs her hand not letting go, not with the intention to harm or her or SA her but tryiing to stop her from running away. The FL tries to resist and in the process stabs Aster in the eye, and she runs away. Aster is cries and still begs her to stay.
He doesn't hurt her or attack her, he has no intention of SA at any point. The kiss he gives her, while unrequited was without the intention of doing it against her will. Please stop spreading misinformation. I nearly stopped reading this manga because of the comments.
To be clear, intention doesnt matter when you SA someone, he kissed her without her consent which is sexual assault end off. It is. Though, i dont think its deep enough that someone should drop the story because Aster instantly got karma and had his eye stabbed. Its a matter of preference.

While I do think forced kissing is a form of sexual assault I doubt because of how it was portrayed that it was ever intended to be seen as that. It's certainly is a kiss by surprise if anyone would consider that SA is up for debate. My comment was more directed at the fact that a lot of comments talk about the ml raping the FL. Which does not happen.
