Whatever it is, lowkey wanted it to end as deku becoming the no 1 hero, like i don't get the point, he even loses his powers?? No hate but it's kinda weird
Honestly yeah I thought he'd be a hero still I kinda expected him to become a teacher in the end though, but like I was in tears when I was reading that last chapter but why was it so freaking short
I think the iron man route was fine if it was just paced better and we got more build up for the world after the war. Also, that “mind control” friend of theirs is basically a normal person physically, Deku could’ve still been a hero with his insane physique and training.
I'm lowkey happy that this one took a realistic turn, yk how in typical stories after the end of the villain there's this "they lived happily ever after" theme, I'm glad that this shows how the heros feel a little guilty for ending somone but also pick themselves up from it
