You would know the future of your life because of your past. But, the future can change if you deviate your current life with the knowledge of your past.
So, her past life is still considered past since that is already cemented. She knows the future because of her past life, but she can change the future with the knowledge of future events of her past life.

Maybe because some of the other chapters were hard to understand? I’m not too sure honestly.
I don't know fur sure, but the gist that I got from reading other comments was that the chapters that were up before were done by a group that was uploading over people with poor quality images and translations to gather more traffic for their own site on a few different comics? I'm guessing the people who were originally uploading took those down to replace them with better versions of the chapters as they become available.
