To be honest, I don't really believe the seme did anything wrong. It was just his insecurities which led him to not expressing his feelings about the uke when they were younger. Obviously the kiss was wrong but when I was younger, people did even worser things to cover up when they liked someone. For me, the uke is being really childish.
