He has feelings he's never had before, he regrets everything he did towards Yoon and wished he could turn back the time and change the past, he's reflecting on his past actions. And this is not just words or thoughts, he actually acts on them and is trying to compensate. I call that character development

There is a difference between regretting his past actions and only regretting his last actions towards yoon ,u know this right?
