The parents of the MC are really pissing me off, especially the mother. I don’t trust her fr fr! But then I also don’t like how the mother is basically being punished for choosing love, when all these other isekai stories do. It kinda sucks in that aspect. The MC is so wishy washy that the ML has so much patience and is a fighter fr because I would have gotten annoyed of her. I loved her personality in the first few chapters but now I’m not that much of a fan of the MC now. Like the plot twist on her actual identity was different but now I feel like her personality that we saw at the beginning is completely gone and it makes me feel disappointed. Like I love when MC characters in isekai stories are funny, relatable, comedic, etc. Maybe the hint that this story was gonna go down a weird path started when she delayed in curing his blindness. Like girl fr just cure him.
Also - it’s kinda funny how the “female protagonist” of the book now is irrelevant as hell now
I was willing to look past MC’s stupid backstory and her poorly written parents death/situation she ended up in, but the princess is pissing me off. You would think she would be better and a more understanding person the second time of her life, but why is this rat being so greedy. She is literally greedy for maids attention, when she is a god damn princess in a noble society. I was hoping that the princess would be her bestie and stand up and protect MC from her father, but uhhh yikes. Like ain’t no way she sending her far away because of her jealousy. She ruined her own second chance at life. I HOPE TO GOD - that MC is able to get her revenge on the emperor and that she gets in between the princess and the duke’s son to stop their romance and expose the princess for being a rat.
