feels bittersweet. Like I get the appeal but I'm not glossing over this asshole's previous actions over the MC. This is kinda like one of those telenovelas you see in your lola's or abuelita's watch list but even then, those have better endings than this.
Would I read this again out of spite? Yes. Did I read this in online class to channel my anger through the acting project we had? Very much so. Do I miss Dane? Abso-fucking lutely

that was a rollercoaster of emotions. I love how even though Cheng has like the power to just kill of the hoe, he can't cuz his honey gave him a time limit.
(Its kinda like sneaking inside your house in the dead of night and then you see your mother with a smile on her face........All hell breaks lose)

Yall blaming her for not communicating with him when she hasn't even gotten over her past life's memories? Look, Mc knows what the original FL felt because she's looking into her memories, which are by far the most traumatic shit I have ever seen. She doesn't know that her actions are showing the original lead's wish, which is love. doesn't matter what kind, as long as she got to feel it.
The dad is shit at communication as the only other lady he's ever communicated was his wife and while yes, he adores his daughter and would kill for her, he just doesn't know how to open up. Who wouldn't misunderstand with that *cough* hot *cough* face?
And before y'all bring up the fact that she's from another world, do you really think that she's an extrovert?? C'mon of course she had to talk because of her jobs but outside of that, nothing really happened.
Now close that gaping trash can of yours, actually read the story and analyze it, and if you don't like it why are you reading in the first place? You seem like the type to hate isekai manhwa that focuses on the father and daughter and yet here you are, reading.
so if you're still reading this, have a spoiler!

The father of couse loves her, wanted to save and the prince was going to stop the trial thing but obviously failed. Now before you go calling the original a dumbass, she never felt love, she was neglected by her only family, had an unhealthy one sided relationship with a dick and got framed for doing something she didn't do.

red candy ends in another 30 chapters.

Not exactly what you call a happy ending so major spoilers ahead

so fall comes in and hajun and candy are still together. Stuff happens, ranging from Candy's co worker (the brunette) liking candy ever since he saw him at a bar, Hajun finding out that candy is the boy he was looking for all these years from the truck accident, Hajun getting shot, his dead beat dad's reveal and the most anticipated part is Candy's reveal to Hajun.
Im not well versed in Korean (hardly understand it) but this is what I gathered.
So Candy received a call from his boss, supposedly from his mission, and while they were talking on that dumb phone Hajun comes and hears everything. What ends up is a teary reveal, Candy telling Hajun the truth before knocking him unconscious on the side of the road. Running away with tears in his eyes.
After Hajun wakes up and finds out that Candy ghosted on him, I assume, he takes a break or resigns as a professor and the cycle begins again as he looks for Candy once, now knowing who the boy in the accident really is. The perspective shifts to Candy, as he lays on the floor surrounded by dead bodies. He looks like he's reminiscing the past from the way he was looking or just shocked.
Either way, I like to think the author lets us imagine the rest of the story. Like Carol & Tuesday but maybe I'm wrong.

I don't think candy revealed everything to hajun. He just warned him to be careful (not to be alone, leave the house, not let anyone get close to him easily etc) and to forget everything they have done together as if candy never existed in his life. And about the last scene I think candy is at an auction. I think uno mentioned it some chapters ago?
