Yeonwoo had to deal with his toxic ass for a majority of the manhwa, even having to have his child and the one thing Keith, the one excuse he kept on repeating is that he "marked" him on purpose.
So when Yeonwoo said his mark will be gone and we get to see the flashbacks, you see Keith just crumbling into a pile of emotions.
