Koito is the joker here. The deck wouldn't be complete without her. We always see her but we don't really appreciate what her true value is. I know for a fact that she is the pillar of this story. We might see her as a cute smiley fragile little girl but she's waaayyy more than that. Maybe it's because we only see from the point of view of the Samon-kun but honestly, she's wayyy smarter than everybody else in this story. the fact that samon-kun and us didn't really know about her family until the later chapters is an example. it's a small detail and seems irrelevant but WOW we didn't even realise it until he mentioned it. let's be honest, we know almost NOTHING about koito. rant ends here. (=・ω・=)
he's mean to her, he lied and took advantage of her disability. but it seems like they romanticised it. :(
let's add that he forgot abt her and how she saved him from kidnappers, and saved his life from a car crash that resulted for her to be blind. ik no one told him bc he might feel guilty but this really ain't it. :(
The novel's pretty behind so don't quote me on this, but I think he lost his memories of the event because of trauma, and in the novel, her eyes are always closed so he can't see them. As for the lying about his identity part, yeah... That was uncalled for.

Well in this chapter, it was shown that he is strong and athletic by scaling down the wall w/ Maomao in tow. Eunuchs doesn't need to be strong. It just shows that he was given training at a young age for even making himself feminine in physique doesn't affect his skills.
It's heavily hinted in the chapters about Consort Aduo that she's his mother and she had swapped babies, so he's really the emperor's first son rather than younger brother. Whether all parties (Jinshi, emperor, Consort Aduo) know the whole story or not is unknown, but there's a possibility that all of them suspect it if nothing else. For now, he's pretty much accepted by the emperor as his younger brother and been ordered for whatever secret reason to manage the harem while disguised as a eunuch.
