The main story, which the manhwa is covering, does not include most of the first timeline so you don’t have much more angst to worry about. Ines and Carcel’s love simply gets deeper and better from now until the end.
The epilogue covers the first true life and it’s very tragic and angsty except for the last five years of Ines and Carcel’s life where they began to live in the house atop Logorño Hill. It’s angsty because Ines and Carcel kept losing their precious things and Ines gives Carcel an extremely hard time because her psychology in the first timeline was the most severe and messed up. Not only was she abused by her mom, she experienced a lot of tragic stuff. So Carcel in turn was the darkest in the first timeline as well just like the author of the novel admitted. I hesitate to completely spoil all their tragedies because you might want to be surprised by some revelations in the main story about the first timeline.
