Harada's works are a bit on the extreme side, so you either like it or you don't. You have to completely separate the story from reality and treat it purely fiction if u want to enjoy it, bc sometimes it just doesnt make sense.
If you want a brief introduction, i suggest reading Yoru to Asa no Uta to avoid getting whiplashed hahahha
It’s supposed to be dark humor. Taking dark things and putting it into a comedy. It’s not meant to be taken seriously. I get why you don’t line it but in general you should steer clear of any dark humor stories.

I am familiar with Harada but seeing this labelled as comedy without psychological suspect I thought I could give it a chance as fun read (I do also normally read the psychological stuff). I finished reading this and yeah, sure, those guys are funny. I liked their dynamic and I'm interested in which way their relationship will continue ..BUT... Was this detailed rape scenes a need? Did they had to happen so often? They did not.
I feel like Harada is wasting their potential. not every of their mangas has to have a rape scenes...
I actually read that one a long time ago and ... I was really traumatized, I'm not gonna lie bahahah
If you ignore that it's all shits and giggles. I'm not saying you SHOULD ignore it... But most of us know the name Harada and what it means (⊙…⊙ ) and we consider ourselves lucky that the dark themes here are TAME by their standards.
When you survive ml sexually harassing mc in first (maybe second idk?) chapter, you will get really interesting manga. Ml gets more gentle and he is actually good guy (yeah, Stockholm's syndrom hit mc but it's understandable this time). The whole "Yakuza" thing really reminded me of mahwa Wetsand where mc is better version of Jo.
Even tho mc and ml's age gap and size gap quite scared me on first (mc reminded me of kid quite), but their chemistry turned comfortable.
Also the love rival? Damn those piercings... Does he also have a story? I'm in love with him.
It's been years since I cried after reading a manga. It's beautiful, the feelings Kirishima has for Endo. Deep down I found myself in her.
The manga is wonderfully written and artystyle is recognising.
