Not within a moment's notice, if they don't usually train their arms. I'm pretty sure usually when someone picks it up one-handed, it goes up 75-80% of the way and then you need your other hand to hoist it up fully
It's the royal palace, so I'm assuming they have those heavy furnitures which cost a high price due to their quality. So Cecile is carrying something heavy for sure.

I hadn't seen these spoilers until after I finished this newest chapter, so when White Hair said, "I want to live", it gave me such a major throwback to Nico Robin's, "I want to live".
The delivery was as different as day and night, but that tug in your heart and the lump in your throat when yoh saw that sadness and hope made me tear up.
UNTIL I saw the other comments and read up on spoilers
It's one of those short, but compact oneshots which make you feel fuzzy and just slight bit melancholic when you're done.
