Honestly idk why the manhwa author didn’t add this but in the novel the girl said how Moondae asked her if she wanted to take legal steps against the bullies and he would fully support her. It was mentioned she was harassed and sexually assaulted by those bullies. She said in the post that back then she said no to Moondae about taking legal steps because she was way too traumatised, even going near the school would trigger her. But now that everything has resurfaced again she will gather the proofs she has and finally take legal actions against those bullies. I thought it was an important part in the story because not only the op of that post dragging moondae completely lost because the victim came forward but also the bullies were finally gonna get what they deserve.

Remarried Empress gets a lot less cool once you realize the whole story exists just to simp for the female lead.
If you're a character who's not on Navier's side, you're written like an incompetent toddler or like a cartoon villain.
If you're on Navier' side, your whole thing is being amazed by how awesome and perfect Navier is.
And if you're Navier herself, everything you do is right and flawless.
This series' biggest crime is that it tricked me into thinking it wasn't a power fantasy, but it totally is.
It’s like a battle of wits, but navier is the only one who has any wits. And so long as your on naviers side, anything you do is okay be it looking down on someone because they used to be slave or harassing pregnant woman when they're just trying to not go back to being a slave.
also people in the comments saying why I am bringing modern morals in a world where slavery is common and considered okay, did you guys not bring modern morals by getting upset at Sovieshu for taking a mistress in which is considered okay in the world they live? Specially since Sovieshu and Navier mostly had a contractual relationship that wasn't romantic.

So glad I read this story before I had any idea about consent and healthy relationship so I somewhat enjoyed it. Now that I am older and have good understanding of both of those things I can see how absolutely awful the relationship is. I don’t like Hyesung's personality but I feel bad that he was raped, baby trapped by his rapist and forced to be in a relationship with him. This manhwa is more of a horror story than a romance story. Every single character of this manhwa is terrible.

I have never read Jinx because I know the story is the same old trash and I am not interested in wasting my time. Your comment screams you can't cope with the fact that people dislike your favourite rapey manga so now you have to make up stories to diss on my opinion because you have no constructive comeback to defend rape

Bad personality ≠ terrible story. A manhwa can have the greenest characters but also have the most boring and bland story. The fact that these fictional characters makes you frustrated, proves that the author did a great job on portraying the character's different personalities, and I think that is a biggest achievement any writer could wish for.

Some of the shittiest films and shows I have seen left me frustrated and pissed. Doesn’t mean the director did a good job, it just means the film was terrible. Same with this manhwa. As a fellow writer, a writer's biggest goal is to left a long lasting impression on the readers, not frustrating or disappointing them like I was with this manhwa.

Idk gurl to all the comments here, you are the only one who seems frustrated about the story lol. The only disappointing about this is the author giving chowon a side story and a chance to redeem himself. Like no one cares about that bitch but overall the story is well written and hyesung def got the character development we wanted him to have so

The answer of this question was obvious from the start. Keeping the whole shipping thing aside, Kim Dokja read this novel for 10 years !!! It helped him through some of the most difficult times of his life when there was no one beside him. Obviously he would love the story and the protagonist better than anyone else in the whole world
It really bothered me how the blonde girl kept her pregnancy a secret from the father of her child. He has every right to know about that child
