I do wish mc get some peace at least from of all this chaos
we have the mc’s perspective so we know it’s real, even though he revealed everything to the ml ofc he would think he’s mentally ill & having paranoid delusions because the brother has ensured that all the evidence is gone (& the mc’s isolation has left him a bit unstable). the accident was a real come to jesus moment because it makes the ml realize that the mc was not delusional & starts the groveling/chase arc hopefully.
