There's none in the novel even after chapter 600+, it has no romance or harem genre too so you don't have to worry.
I decided to reread this, to see if after a year I would like it. spoiler no it's still bad. I hateeee when she goes back her world or wtv and the story is generally unsatisfying. I don't reccomend, kinda sad cuz I usually love this trope of hiding gender

I dont remember much, but she was 9 emperor said she ahould live like a rat quitely right? He knew she was outside and said it on purpose. So thats what he wants to confess. She learns about is really hurt n leaves.
As for the author she is not original one, more like the one who wrote extreme fanfiction. In og story phillomel was not hated to that extend, and she didnt die. But fanfic author really hated her so she wrote another version of this soty where phil was soo badly hated and excecuted, which our fl is in.
