Tbh I would have high respect for this serie regardless of plot, if it included MC getting of her grumpy behind and started to excercise and work for that dreamy waist - or embracing and using her plus size.
It said murky stuff, not fat. The fats essential to the body would, of course, not taken out. Murky stuff would include the things one takes in when smoking, excessive fat, things inside acnes, dead cells(maybe not the nails) and etc.
Besides, not all plots are the same. That would mean we would have to see every fat MC that wants to go slim exercise for a few chapters/pages. It's a fantasy world, so this option is not weird either.
Anyways, something like this is not new; in martial arts or Xianxia mangas, the MC's body would get more muscular or taller or whatever. So, I believe there is nothing wrong with this plot that makes the MC slim without any workout.
P/S: In real life, people would need such effort to get slim. So, this kind of thing(instantly slim and healthy) is only possible in fiction. Don't end up getting scammed by those instant slim things on internet thoughヾ(☆▽☆)

Yes, it is available in English on amazon for kindle (can also be read using browser/kindle app). The first two LN are out and the third is coming in a few days. I think the manga is currently still in the first LN (although I don't remember the details, as I read them back to back). Just search for 'tearmoon'. :)

I am sorry, but tbh I am really starting to be fed up with s2manga. While I have seen worse translations, s2manga is defintely not good - and I am getting really annoyed seeing how names changes per chapter or even inside one and the same chapter.
I'd rather have a bad translation where the translator has an honest love for the series than this bs.
This is by no means a dis of this serie itself - nor is it a dis of translators (good or bad) who put in effort and love in their translations. But it is a dis of 'those' who just don't care (no, I don't know the story of s2manga, but my impression of their 'quality' and interest of making a serie translation shine is not good).
I'll go away now - sorry for my rant *climbs down soap box*

Not the prettiest drawings, but I somehow do like the art style. The story, however, is wonderful. I hope the MC keeps using her wits.
