Bruh fr, I do not understand it. Idk why uploaders care if mangago uploads over them. Just upload a duplicate episode then. Bullshit like that happens all the time on here.

Also idek what it means for “mangago” to automatically upload over them someone has to manually upload so I don’t think it’s happening automatically

Mangago’s system automatically reuploads manga from other websites when they come out - any other website, with crap cuts, loose translation, missing pages.as long as it’s reads a chapter that’s it doesn’t have, it uploads them without any QA. If we have the placeholder, mangago doesn’t do that, bc it’s already in the system. You can upload things manually, yes, but the system itself can also upload stuff.

As for why people’s don’t like duplicates, some prefer only reading good quality reads that actually allow you to understand the story clearly. Fib you don’t care about it, that’s totally fine. But if people like better updates, that’s fine too.

Ofc we prefer better quality uploads. I just don’t understand how a chapter that is just a placeholder is any different than a bad chapter being uploaded.

Both cases cause us to be notified of a chapter upload so I’m not sure why a placeholder chapter is any better than a poorly translated chapter being uploaded

That’s is fair, since it’s up your taste. Others might think otherwise. In this case, the uploader uploads the last chapter and immediately adds the placeholder so ppl get only one notification
