But if you are going to states something subjectively negative about it and also add insult to the fanbase for liking it, then dont cry if someone calls you out on your opinion. No. And Negative comments does affect the readers opinions, Exhibit A: Kyumi judging it based on the comments after read 1 chapter only and is the reviews good? Its by someone who just read it once and is critiquing from memory. i think the problem about the critique was that it added in both constructive and non constructive. Lengthy essay, and then insulting fans for giving it a 9.3 stars. Like we'll give what we want, just cos they dont like it, they get all up in our face for why we shouldnt like it. And that's rich coming from Yaoi reader who has no qualms with all the nasty cringe tropes in Yaoi.

The only reason why cumblaster came here to critque is to change audience minds about this manhwa and see if the 9.3 stars drop. No one is reading this and going "OMG this is the best work in the world there's nothing bad about it". We know its amateur, but Sherlock here cant "fathom why its a 9.3". as nice as it would be to ship the guard as well as the princess its super unlikely that the 2nd character will win only once where I read a shoujo did it surprise me, the male protagonist stepped aside for the 2nd male lead to have the girl cause he knew he would make her happy. I dont remember the name but the male protagonist was an adult and the girl was still sixteen so an age gap story but there was a "who knows how the future will look" moment
