I don't blame the advisor for doing what hes doing from a far point of view shes not looking at the whole picture that her presence may divide the country and start a civil war plus she does what she wants which is to be a healing presence for her people but u must make harder decisions than that to be a ruler so unless the public hears a statement from her about su won being a good king everyone will have their doubts (I think they were supposed to marry for a political point of view but she saw him kill the king)

hm i feel like the ideal situation is for both of them to have equal power. well that was my original idea, before suwon turned out to be a sociopath and kill yonas father.
they could have ruled together. actually i take that back, yona would not be our well loved yona without the tragedy of her fathers murder. she wouldn;t have gained all these new life experiences or have met the beloved dragons.
so in a way i don't hate su won, but i do at the same time xD like i like how he has decided to take on the villain role like lelouche from code geasse. but its like, su won, boy, you are hella smart, why couldn't you come up with a way to fake the kings death or something (plot twist - maybe the king is still a live but locked up in one of the secret dungeons or something)
and have yona and everyone in on the master plan, so that you all work together! that would be way better than how it is now, where both suwon and yona are kind of meddling in each others plans and messing them up.
*sigh* but then again there wouldnt be a really fun action packed manga anymore.
conclusion, i contradict myself way too much. But i love the plot and story, every bit of it is so necessary.
