Yep it's finished, I read it not too long ago. Quick read, pretty run of the mill obsessive ML with meek MC. You've seen it a thousand times already. It could have done with a bit more character development and/or angsty storyline.
If you want to continue right after the Finale of the webtoon start with chapter 260! Also don't be put off by the high number of chapters (580), for a chapter by chapter sale system normal chapters get slip into multiple. The story is actually split into 17 volumes for the ebooks including side story, so like every 35 chapters is one volume if the novel.

The open ending actually feels like a happy ending instead of a Tragik one. Even more so with how much Ruo indulges Yanchuan when he Acts in love with him right qt the end.
