They have something kind of like that... in this universe it’s called going into “heat” and depending on the author it can occur monthly like a period. The only difference I have noticed is that there isn’t the blood that occurs during a females period but their is still the same amount of pain.
Some authors include this part of fertility in their interpretation, so yes. If the Omega doesn't get pregnant during their heat they menstruate afterwards.

Oooh, I had not seen this take on it yet. I kinda like how this author made his heat more like a period. It makes it more believable that in this universe omega men and women share child bearing abilities.
