I think she's the domination devil herself. So everytime she dies or get hurt, the damage is inflicted to humans that contracted with her or humans that are being dominated by her. The weapons devil ends up being revived by her since she's the one that technically killed them. Beam's devil could be revived in hell I guess..
But when denji went full chainsaw man mode killing machine he killed them not makima

Ikr they did but look properly when mad denji is fighting makima and later on when he's fighting makima in the cemetry. They all are there
Yeaa they came back cuz makima killed them, therefore she can summon them back. Quanxi, angel, aki didn't die in that hell. She killed quanxi and then made angel says that he'll give everything to makima. So basically quanxi and angel already being dominated by her. As for the katana devil and other, I'm so not sure

Hmm I'm not so sure either but I think she wanted the devils that she dominated to not disappear. Like I think there's some parts where she renamed the devils that she had killed when she revived them and she also mentioned that devils that are eaten by chainsaw man, their name stays (stays feared I guess) so she wanted chainsawman to eat her so she would stay be feared. But then when chainsawman grows weaker and become more like denji she thinks that (maybe) chainsawman should just die since he already weak and got no worth for her anymore (since she wanted a person that is at the same level as her not lower)
