im stupid, but also stuff is starting to melt into one glob and i need someone to explain whats happening for me. i love the art and the humor, and i understand why yurias inability to fight is basically a whole plot element, but damn it gets a little boring watching everyone fight around her knowing damn well yuria can flick them to death. even at the face of like incoming death, theyve kind of built this expectation where she cant die because “the will of the way is the lord” and well shes the lord, so i dont really feel excited just impatient. had i understood this story more, im sure i wouldve appreciated its heavy and intricate because from what i got, its pretty interesting. im still gonna continue reading because i love the main cast. also as much as love to root for the humans, theyre looking mad shitty. inhumans too. im just rooting for yuria at this point.

i just finished the first season and holy this was a rollercoster. this is a MUST read. i love everyone, from the female lead, the male lead, the supporting cast and the villains. the lore is so live laugh love, and i binged everything in 2 hours.

mc doesnt look boring, shes just normal compared to like the white and pink haired people around her which i can get used to. i just like that i found a woman mc in a “overpowered dungeon game character” genre that usually only has dude mcs :3 and ish there was more of a reaction to her almost dying on the first few chapters but you know, im not really expecting much from stories like these. im just ready to cheer for her (=・ω・=)

im still wiping off snot from my face as i write this but i just want to say how amazing this story is. god im still baffled. so a basic summary of whats happening(in my opinion):

these three aliens are teleported to earth because they each all lost something in their lives that mina could give to them.

bluehead and redhead and inventor are all from another world. bluehead is an asir and was abducted as a child, manipulated and forced to kill people by his abductor, which turned him absolutely bonkers insane. he goes back to his parents, realizes they don’t love him anymore, ans he loses ‘unconditional love’. he’s then transported earth and led to mina.

redhead, im not too sure. she has a big family with lots of younger siblings, and they all live in a bad place, so she relies on her powers to protect her family. im not too sure on what she lost exactly. i kind of was skimming at her backstory— maybe a friend? someone she could rely on? i have no idea.

as for the inventor, im really not sure at all. all i know is that he has a vendetta towards asirs because he witnessed asirs bully people without powers all his life.

AND MINA. her character is so interesting to me. first of all, her powers? ive noticed that everyones hair colors are all realistic, ranging from blacks to browns, while the asirs had shit like blue and red. is mina possibly an asir with the power of nullification, and moved to earth when she was younger with her mom due to a reason. maybe something traumatic, and it correlates to the reason as to why her mom insists that everyone should like her, she deserves to be loved, youre a special girl, yadayadayada. i dont know but i love her character. shes either genuinely trying to befriend everyone, or somethings wrong in her head and she needs everyone to like her because her mom forced these ideas in her head when she was still a child.

im really sad bluehead disappeared though. his character was an interesting one, along with his powers. hes a psycho undoubtedly, a murderer too. what he did could never be forgiven, but at the end of the day, he was a pitiful child with a scary power, and because of that, an adult manipulated him until he grew crazy. his ending was bittersweet and realistic. i dont see how they could end it off with him any other way than him dying. hes still fucked in the head lmao

read the first few chapters because my Youtube kept getting spammed ads from this manwha, and i was like why not. nope, not reading this. so far, this feels like a self-indulgent fanfic with a Mary Sue main character. the dudes introduced are all somewhat relatively attractive of course and fighting for the pretty Female lead, while all the other girls so far that have been introduced are either against the MC,written out as terribly ugly because they don’t fit the ideal of what the story(lets face it, its probably the author)’s beauty ideals are, or both. i generally avoid manwhas with this similar art style because they often dont have the best plot, and women are usually portrayed as weak and always in need of a male lead. however, there was this one that was pretty good with a kickass MC, and i was hooked for like a whole week binge reading before it got dragged out for too long and i lost interest.

basically, the 200 chapters of this manwha isnt worth it. i was reading the comments and a lot of ppl seem fed up with it too, and are only staying for this dude named Winston. id love to meet him but i dont want to filter through 200 chapters.
