NGL throughout this chapter I kept saying child stay quiet, I mean he is literally like around 18- 20 years older than her.

Supper late realisation however I feel it's too late. I love this story and plot, it's written well, however his apologies imo is not enough. His background trauma isn't enough for me to feel bad for him or to want to accept his apologies. The FL will probably eventually accept, which is up to that character but I just wouldn't be able to move past her past suicide attempts. He finally admits it but I hope it takes a really long time to get to the ending of them being together since it would need an immense amount of time to move past what he put her through.

NGL this story is interest too. Because she seems like someone whos going to break his heart and mess with him but at the same time I'm getting golden retriever vibes from the 23 year old but also a of you break him too much he would snap and be a stalker kinda.

I doubt that, it seems like the king knew how he is but he is also willing to set this engagement in stone because the guy has wide connections to business.
