This chapter made me so angry I almost threw my phone across the room. Gyor is a piece of rotten shit. Why tf is it Yiho's fault he became a beta?! Bitch blame the genes you got from your wack ass parents. Bro is talking all this shit like he's already an alpha. "How does it feel to know you're gonna be less that a beta?" He's so cocky and annoying.
Psyka suddenly wants to be the mediator like bitch this was your fault in the first place. We have no idea how many other musk cats they killed for Gyor's I wanna be a "Real Alpha" dream. Psyka wants to be seen as a hero for Gyor but forgets he's the main villain.
I want them both dead idgaf how but Psyka and Gyor need to make an exit... permanently. I can't believe I used to feel bad for them during their childhood backstory.
As a writer I can agree with these comments. If you aren't going to address something entirely in the story just don't bring it up at all. Same thing with a character. If you don't plan on giving them any significance in the story don't give them a name or any comments in the story is an absolute waste. The author could have just not had the mother in this spin off at all if it was going to go nowhere.
This feels like a waste of 2 chapters that could have been focused on Byul and what's his face. The author probably realized that having too many plots at the same time is draining and can often make the story muddy but that's just my opinion
i try think it just speaks volume of their writing skills. the author improved from Love is an Illusion but they still have so much to room for improvement. I really think that this mother subplot is totally unnecessary and it totally just felt like a device to move Byul and ML love story which contributes to the feeling like Hyesung's story being undermined. It doesn't sit right with me.
They have other plots to give depth on or use like Byul idol subplot and ML background. but they used this so it felt unnecessary.
I definitely agree with you but I do think that this story should be strictly about Byul. If the author wanted to add to Hyesung's story she should have added it in Love is an Illusion. It's like we're moving forward only to go backwards to address the trauma from before Byul was born.
However I do see what you're saying about that subplot being a way to move Byul and the other guy's story forward but the author could have went with the Idol sub plot. It was such a missed opportunity! (╯°Д °)╯╧╧
1) I would love to congratulate the author for being one of the only ppl who knows how to PROPERLY draw a hat on someone's head without it looking goofy.
2) I know some ppl think he's gonna confess in the next chapter but I don't think so. He still hasn't come to terms of what his feelings are about Dan....unless he did and I forgot.

I could see maybe a confession and then the telling of his past in separate chapters. Like after Dan forgives him & they get together, & he begins to open up? Idk I'd prefer him to open up more after they become like maybe friends first, instead of lovers.
I think instead of drawing the characters engaging in foreplay the authors imagine men getting wet like women just to save time . In reality that man's ass would have been ripped immediately but this is obviously fictional so who cares

Okay so overall this story had like 8 directions it could have went but it decided to go nowhere. There was no real plot...like at all. This just seems like a story about a kid falling in love with his rapist. Like how is it 2025 and stories like this are still being made. It's not original at all and lacks any sort of clear ending. I know lots of people want another season but I think it's good it ended because this was a flop.
The art is beautiful and the characters were gorgeous but that's pretty much all this story had going for it. Probably should have kept this one in the drafts bestie.
I totally agree. Generally, the whole manga seems to be poorly planned. The author left a note themselves, explaining, that they were originally thinking to make this a really max 20 chapter short story, but decided against it after seeing how many people were reading.
Imo, it felt like every chapter was completely freestyled, and didn't make sense as time went on. And tbh, especially in the beginning, the art was weird and kinda mid.
The way this author draws vaginas is absolutely terrifying and I'm a woman!
