Han Garam does have some blame here. He knows Jaekyung ALWAYS needs a reason for something so why can't he just tell him the reason he wants to stop and stop being so mysterious. Jaekyung is a man baby and gets upset at the slightest inconvenience and Garam knows this. He knew he would lash out now he's acting surprised. Jaekyung is still an asshole at the end of the day but again Garam knows this.
