Genuinely concerned but indeed look up schizophrenia or maybe schizoaffective. If that's a brother with whole personality of itself, if you can really hear it, it may indicate so but yeah if it's getting out of hand get help from a professional. That sounds like a hallucination (maybe an auditory one) but it's still good that you're aware(?) Not DID because it's whole different disorder with seperate personalities that may take control of your body and usually patients are not aware.

I think mine was earlier than that about almost 7-8 months, and there are other characters to whom i gave their names, sort of associates of them, but it is like i dont to them as much as i do with the primary one...i remember that i got inspired with to think about a werewolf story and there is this character gets kind real in my head....when things get really bad he is sort of like a comfort zone, who calms you and makes you feel like its worth living.
