omg at the hospital scene, i thought he was bedridden in a coma and many years had passed and the blonde guy grew up to become a doctor of that hospital to take care of him. i started tearing up bc i thought he waited for him for so long but it TURNED OUT IT WAS JUST THE SAME DAY AND HE WAS JUST WEARING A SUIT WITH HIS HAIR SLICKED BACK LOL
also i didnt notice the yaoi tag and went into this thinking it was one of those sad, pure stories so that last part was so unexpected lmao

i've noticed most manhwas have a similar art style- like its the kind of art that makes you know instantly its a Korean comic. they always get me hooked up on admiring the art, so crisp and clean and vibrant. love them bold lines
