Also I didn’t like redhead before, but the fact that he went and marked the pink guy (I don’t care if it was pheromones or whatever) sent him into unredeemable territory for me. He was an asshole before who didn’t care about the ukes feelings and only focused on his own gain, and now he’s gotten friendly enough with the pink guy to mark him and be all cozy with him in public. Clearly they’ve been spending some quality time together while the uke was being terrorized and beaten to death. Seme was also shocked to see the uke at the auction, so he wasn’t expecting him to be there. I guess he was to busy with pink haired guy and forgot that his dad kidnapped the uke? There is to much left implied in this manga and not enough actually showed to us. The fact that the author has to make notes explaining the plot is enough to show that the storytelling is lacking. So seme meets his “true mate” and has already marked him? How much time had passed since uke was kidnapped until now? Has seme just been fucking the pink hair guy now and happens to see the uke at the action? Everything happens so sudden yet so little info is given.

If the author wanted me to root for this couple they should have made the ml turn into a sweetheart after feeling guilty for what he did in the past, or have the things in the past be a complete misunderstanding. Not only was he a playboy asshole who played with others feelings but now he’s crazy? If the characters have no redeeming qualities it’s hard for me to get into the story...gonna drop this one for a bit and see where it goes later.
I’m only on chapter 11, but when this first started I thought the seme was in on it for sure and that he had liked the uke since high school. Now it’s like he has a sudden personality change? He went from calling him baby and teasing him to acting like he can barley talk to him...It’s a little confusing. Did the author change the plot a few chapters in or did I just complete misinterpret things lol.
He didn't actually mean those " baby" calling that time, those were purely just for teasing as friends. But, after everything that has happened with them and the app, he kinda developed his feelings for him.
I think before he was just teasing him and he didn't actually like him like that. He did it because it annoyed the uke. Now it's different the seme likes the uke and gets flustered when he sees him. So it's like when you have a friend you didn't have feelings for and then all of a sudden poof feels (⊙…⊙ )and now everything is different.

Karino rapes Azusa and now Eno is raping Karino and Azusa is facing karma from when he was king (tho I don’t think he ever did anything sexual) idk maybe it’s just me but I don’t really feel bad for any of them. I mean what reason is there for Azusa to love Karino if their relationship up until these past few chapters has been an endless cycle of rape and bullying? And Karino is so emotionally constipated that nothing effects him. This Eno arc just feels like a pointless hurtle to stop what little progress that has happened with their relationship, which sucks since this has been happening for YEARS.

I already said I didn’t view the rapes as karma. The fact is we don’t know much about what Azusa did as king, from chapter one we can see he was manipulative and a bully and used his position to find girls to have sex with. He played the game, he’s not innocent, just like everyone else in that school. Him getting bullied (not sexually assaulted) is part of the game he chose to play, a game he once benefited from.
