When I first read this I thought it had a lot of potential, but what made it so great was the first couple. It’s a shame their story ended as it did, and from my understanding that’s how their relationship will always end.
Now we have this second couple who could be together forever but the seme is so unlikable I can’t even read their story. I’m just waiting for the next couple but honestly I just wish we could go back to the first one. I don’t understand why the author decided to focus on the second couple so much...

I know what you mean.. The first couple ended so fast, it was almost out of nowhere. I have hope that things will improve for the second couple, like the uke finally getting peace and dieing.
I don't really like the seme in the second couple all that much either, but maybe he'll change? I don't know, but i'll keep reading.
I just want the poor uke to get away from that awful demon! (/TДT)/

I don’t understand profs. Motivation. I’m assuming he could have sent Uke abroad a long time ago but has no indentions of doing so... so does he just like that the uke is dependent on him? He definitely isn’t in love with him, nor does he seem very fond of him

i think that as much as the professor insists on not loving jaehyun he has become attached to the dependency, i think theyre codependent whether it be for sex or housing (or both in jaehyuns case) so i think he wants to feel needed, he seems to have a power complex he looks like he wants to have control over everything as well as being seen as someone who has everything

I have a feeling uncle and redheads relationship isn’t going anywhere until uncle fucks up real bad and realizes he’s really hurt redhead or something along those lines. I was all for putting the bratty kid in his place at the beginning, but now it’s a bit annoying the way uncle is handling things. I agree with other comments, it appears he’s going for the hurt you before you can hurt me approach, and seeing how uncle is someone who has been hurt in the past before that really sucks. I really wanted uncle to be this badass character that guides redhead and teaches him how to have a mature relationship, but it seems uncle doesn’t know how to have a mature relationship himself...

I would strangle the uke if I knew him in real life but just as an observer I like it so far! It’s nice seeing an uke that breaks the stereotypical mold. Not just the uke, but a seme is not often characterized as a goofy loner, plus he acts really cute when drunk! I didn’t expect this dynamic so it’s a nice surprise.

Is off. The main couples story was left off on a cliffhanger to focus on this side couple for how many chapters now? It’s not that I hate this couple, but it feels like the main couples story was abruptly cut off because it’s been so long. Its like when an author puts one of their stories on hiatus just when the climate of the story hits because they want to focus on another story...only it’s in the same book.
I know it’s a broken record at this point, but i wonder why the author chose this couple to focus on first and not glasses friends story...like they were properly setting it up and everything. Integrating the cute kid who has a crush on glasses friend into the story of the main couple. It would make since to divert the path of the main couple for a few chapters to focus on them because both of those characters were already apart of the story. I wish we had seen red hair on campus or had a couple of scenes of him at the bar while yuyang was there just so he didn’t show up out of nowhere. This couple really feels like the couples that get the extra one or two chapters after a story ends you know?
Is it a trend for stories with great potential to have sudden endings???
YEAh that’s what I’ve been noticing too and it makes me sad ugh
