The interactions between the two mains are getting repetitive. They fight, seme gets upper hand, rape, repeat. I like the uke because he’s a fighter, but does that really matter when he doesn’t even fight off the seme anymore? Like even that kiss at the end “well it’s harassment so I guess we can kiss” it’s getting boring. You always know how their interactions are going to end.
Well if you are gonna complain, go and try to write a manga on your own.

Right, it is and I’m glade of that, these last few chapters gave a glimpse of what their relationship will eventually evolve to and it looks very promising. However, I still stand by what I said. The uke isn’t afraid to stand up for himself in every other situation not involving the seme and it’s been that way for a very long time. I just wish the author portrayed that side of him more with the seme because I am personally getting tired of seeing the same thing happen over again. I liked some of the other side couples, and I do like the main couple as well, but to me they feel repetitive.
Wtf is this long drawn out plan to take revenge because some kid in school told you lies. Like he didn’t even ask him he just jumped right into this ten year revenge plan. Like what was the point of paying people to act like they’re dating and have sex with him? He only did it to get his mind off Gabriel. This gets dumber and dumber the more they try and add to it.
I don’t mind the side couples but I hate how the author decided to structure the story. The slow burn of the main couple is fine, but when Im getting really into what’s happing, the flow is interrupted by a chapter from the other couples or a flash forward of what the couple will soon be. I mean we’ve basically already seen them get together...It sucks because I think I would be more interested in the side couples if it didn’t feel like they were interrupting at important moments.
So I guess we are just dropping the “Im traumatized by my past” plot and moving on to this even bigger clique. I mean you would think he knows Danny enough to think this complete personality change is suspicious. That and the fact that his family didn’t really like Danny... I think you can put two and two together.

Ch7p17 Jooyoung mentioned that it's difficult to get essence from some humans, but not impossible. In other words, he should have been getting SOME essence from the director (or else Jooyoung wouldn't have told Doyoon to go bang the director), which thus led him to the realisation that his ability to receive essence is impaired.

I like how the first story started, but the ending was rushed and didn’t make much since. And I just don’t like the twins in the second story.
I’m assuming red head feeds Gabriel lies that makes him want to take revenge, but to go out of your way to date other girls and distance yourself from your “friend” who you know loves you and then get your twin brother to basically trick him into bed and start a blackmail plan all for revenge is just so unbelievable fucked up and unjustified. I don’t even want to read anymore of these two are the only options.
Mood
So here’s my gripe about yaoi in general. Why is it that the uke is never allowed to move on? The seme is allowed to fuck 1000 different people, have other relationship and so on but for the uke it’s always seme or no one, if they don’t patch things up with the seme they would spend the rest of their lives being alone and miserable dreaming of the days when they used to be with the seme.
So in this manga, when the uke spend all of those years pinning after the seme, and the seme was off getting a girlfriend, and then later marrying her, did he have other relationships? One night stands? Boyfriends/girlfriends?
I wish this answer was a yes, because maybe then I wouldn’t feel so frustrated with Sam all of a sudden deciding to act on these feelings that’s he’s probable had for awhile. He allowed himself to settle with marrying a women he didn’t love because he knew he still had the uke by his side, and had the Uke not shown signs of moving on he would have never acted on his feelings.

While I will agree with you about some yaoi(though I have read plenty where they go with second seme usually not the best choice imo lol), I think this one is different. Henry pining for Sam cannot be put on Sam's shoulders. Acting on one's feelings cannot be put on only one party. I realize it's to put blame on Sam because we get the full scoop of Henry's internal dialogue, where with Sam(and Seth as well) you get bits and pieces then you have to pay close attention to everything else.
The answer is yes, Henry has had other relations(more like f-buddies), one night stands. I doubt boyfriends because he's never been much of a people person. And yeah, you could say Sam allowed himself to settle, but you would then have to say the same about Henry.
Personally I believe that Sam has been preoccupied trying to get back and keep their friendship to even think about his deeper feelings. That's just my opinion/theory based on the little glimpses and references we've gotten into their past. More story remains and I adjust accordingly lol
Also, I like how this one is geared toward the human emotions and dealing with those feelings instead of putting so much, if not all the emphasis on sex. I mean I get they have a certain fan base to appeal to, but it's refreshing.
